Hefei Youtou New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. has completed commissioning of a new waterborne polyurethane reactor line at its Hefei facility, raising total annual dispersion capacity to more than 15,000 metric tons.
The investment responds to sustained export demand for textile, leather and coating grades, particularly from customers qualifying suppliers for multi-site global production. Expanded capacity also improves batch-size flexibility for custom development projects.
Quality systems remain unchanged: ISO-managed processes, full batch traceability and consistent release testing before shipment. Existing customers will benefit from shorter standard lead times without compromising technical support response.
