Anionic aliphatic PUD with smooth, scratch- and abrasion-resistant films (HB hardness) — eco-compliant protective coating for metal, glass and wood surfaces.
PUD · Protective Coating
YT-6153 is a self-developed anionic aliphatic waterborne polyurethane dispersion. The eco-friendly emulsion is free of formaldehyde, NPEO, heavy metals, PAHs and DMF. It forms smooth films with excellent scratch and abrasion resistance for protective coatings on metal, glass and wood surfaces.
For higher water resistance, add approximately 1–5% crosslinker; mix the two components thoroughly before use. Do not mix with adhesives of a different nature. Compatible with other YotoChem anionic polyurethane grades.
Store at 5–30 °C; avoid freezing, high temperatures and direct sunlight. Shelf life 12 months.
