Anionic polycarbonate-based PUD with medium-hard glossy films — alcohol wipe resistance ≥50 cycles, good water and solvent resistance; for metal, plastic, glass and leather finishing.
PUD · Coating & Leather
YT-5110 is a self-developed anionic polycarbonate-based waterborne polyurethane dispersion. It is eco-friendly and non-toxic, forms smooth films with good gloss and extensibility, excellent flex resistance and good alcohol miscibility. The medium-hard film delivers superior alcohol wipe resistance (≥50 cycles) with good water, solvent and abrasion resistance. It is widely used for metal, plastic and glass coatings, as well as genuine leather and synthetic leather surface finishing.
For higher water resistance, add approximately 1–5% crosslinker; mix the two components thoroughly before use.
Store at 5–30 °C in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place; shelf life 12 months. Avoid freezing and direct light.
