Rheology
YT-255A is a novel waterborne associative polyurethane thickener (HEUR) offering better flow, film formation, leveling, water resistance and gloss than typical cellulose or acrylic thickeners. It delivers strong pseudoplastic rheology with relatively high viscosity at low shear for excellent anti-sag and brushing performance, with roller spatter-free application and strong resistance to biodegradation. pH-independent and fast-dissolving, it is tin-free and toluene-free — a drop-in alternative to 105A for mid- to economy-grade latex paints, waterborne adhesives, printing inks, leather coatings and textile coatings where both leveling and thickening are required.

Store at 5–30 °C in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place; shelf life 12 months. Avoid freezing and direct light.
