YotoChem is pleased to announce an expanded YT-CT platform targeting premium wood and industrial coatings where hardness, blocking resistance and chemical durability must coexist with acceptable flexibility.
The new high-solid grades build on our core dispersion technology to deliver Shore D hardness in the 55–65 range while maintaining sufficient film elongation for furniture edges and molded substrates. In customer trials, formulations based on high-solid PUD grades achieved 2H pencil hardness within standard factory drying windows.
Blocking performance — critical for stacked panels and packaged furniture — showed significant improvement versus earlier generations, reducing stick-back defects in humid climates.
